Our Scaffolders Answer Your Questions
What kind of accreditation do you have?
Like all reputable scaffolding contractors, all our staff hold CISRS cards. Our team has also undergone training to CITB, SMSTS and PASMA standards. We are also trained to work in confined spaces.
With these credentials, you can rest assured that the scaffold services we provide in and around Windsor are safe, secure and fully compliant. This includes temporary roofs, construction scaffolds, scaffold inspections and more.
Do you hold any industry memberships?
Yes, we are proud members of the Scaffolding Association. As the UK’s largest trade organisation for the scaffold and access sector, the Scaffolding Association campaigns to raise the standard of workforce skills and safety.
As with all associated scaffolding companies, our staff have met stringent qualifying criteria for membership.
How much experience do your scaffolders have?
Our workforce shares more than 20 years of industry experience. During this time, our scaffolding erectors have designed, assembled and dismantled a full range of access scaffolds and temporary roof scaffolds in the domestic and commercial sectors.
PTG Scaffolding has carried out services on properties of all types and sizes. What’s more, we have worked in an array of conditions for a variety of clients. Our team has the expertise to deliver unmatched, efficient, hassle-free services.
Practical know-how is vital for all scaffolders, so you must place your project in safe hands.
Do you assemble scaffolds to legal requirements?
Absolutely! Our scaffolding contractors recognise the safety-critical nature of our work. Quite simply, we never compromise on the safety and legality of our materials and assembled scaffolds, be they in Windsor or the neighbouring areas.
Our scaffolding erectors ensure that our structures, from access scaffolds to temporary roofs, fully comply with:
-
TG20:13 Guidelines
-
SG4:15 Guidelines
-
Work at Height Regulations 2005
-
Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
-
Management of Health & Safety Work Regulations 1999
-
Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996
We also complete scaffold inspections in line with regulations, covering our temporary roof scaffolds, construction scaffolds and all other structures. If any scaffolding companies you consult with can’t guarantee compliance with the latest safety standards, we strongly advise avoiding them.
